Ever felt like society expects you to be strong, suppress emotions, and keep pushing—even at the cost of your mental health? I’m conducting a research study exploring gendered racism, resilience, and coping among Black women with #BFRBs (like hair-pulling & skin-picking)—and I’d love for you to be part of it!
What’s involved?
✔️ Complete a questionnaire
✔️ Join a 6-week digital storytelling workshop—a creative space to share & reflect on your experiences (dates are Saturdays starting May 3rd-June 7th 11 am - 12:30 pm ET)
✔️ Complete a follow-up interview
