Penn Social Policy & Practice Study

This survey is being conducted by Amy Hillier, Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice, and Mallory Moore, an Advanced Year Master of Social Work student.

It is part of a project exploring present attitudes towards people with excoriation (skin-picking) disorder among graduate students who are likely to encounter this population in future practice.

This study is intended to gauge current knowledge/perception of people with excoriation disorder so please do not access the Internet during the duration of your participation. 

You are eligible to participate if you meet all of these criteria:

  1. You are 18 years of age or older

  2. You are able to read and write in English

  3. You are currently enrolled in an accredited medical school, dental school, or masters-level social work program
