biography
I decided to become a therapist after years of caregiving for family members with cognitive decline. I'm also a cancer survivor. We can learn new ways to cope and use our suffering for good. I will share with you short-term techniques for emotional stabilization. We can also partner on the deeper work of your healing. And strange as it may sound: therapy can actually be fun! My interest in treating Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors was born from my own lived experience with them.
