To submit your abstract, please provide the information requested in the form. We look forward to seeing you at the TLC Conference! Presentation proposals will be accepted through April 15, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Applicants can expect to receive notification by May 2025.

To submit your proposal, please provide the information requested below. All applicants will be contacted by email as to whether they should prepare a poster or oral presentation. We look forward to seeing you at the TLC Conference in Washington D.C. on September 26-28!

Upload a 300-word (maximum) abstract of your presentation, with the following format:

  1. Background – a brief statement of the history of the research

  2. Objective(s) – program or research goals and hypotheses

  3. Method – description of the research design, population studied, setting(s), and other relevant methodology

  4. Results – a concise description of program or research outcomes

  5. Conclusion – summary of major conclusions from the program or research

  6. For clinical presentations, please describe objectives of the presentation and the audience of your workshop

Please submit all abstracts as a PDF document.

Eligibility

Posters are accepted for research completed by the conference date. Posters previously presented elsewhere may be submitted. Awardees will be expected to register and attend the entire conference and be available during the poster session(s) to discuss their findings with conference attendees and researchers.
