The TLC Foundation for BFRBs currently offers 3 virtual support groups for individuals with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs).

These groups provide a safe and understanding space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others facing similar situations. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for a loved one, our groups foster a sense of community and empowerment on the BFRB journey.
