Molly has had her own personal journey with BFRB’s and practices from a compassionate, client-centered lens. Molly specializes in evidenced-based treatments for eating chronic anxiety, chronic depression, eating disorders, BFRB’s (hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, etc.), autism, ADHD, and over-controlled personality disorders such as OCPD, Avoidant PD, Dependent PD, along with social anxiety and OCD.
She has specialized training in treatment of BFRB’s and OCD through Utah State University ACT Research Group with Dr. Michael Twohig and Dr. Kate Morrison, as well as the International OCD Foundation Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). She is also Level 3 Certified in Radically Open DBT (RO DBT) and a part of the Radically Open International Scholars Program.
Molly works with ages teens and adults ages 13+. She provides services in person in the Denver-metro area and offers telehealth in Colorado, Utah, Texas, and Georgia.
