I am not a psychotherapist. Instead, I provide behavioral therapy, to increase behavioral flexiblity using ACT processes, habit reveral, ERP……but first very careful functional analysis is done in order to bring awareness and consciousness to these behaviors under given conditions. I also incorporate awareness/meditation exercises. When my clients are conscious and "awakened" by increasing awareness of their behaviors, feelings and emotions, they can be more of "noticers" of their actions and increase curiosity in their lives.
